Cadillac Mountain
Cadillac Mountain is 1,532 feet high, making it the highest point in Acadia National Park and the North Atlantic seaboard. The mountain is composed mostly of pink granite and forests of spruce and pitch pine. The view from the mountain allows you to see the whole park in a bird's eye view.

Somes Sound
Somes sound is a five mile long fjord that is centered in the middle of Acadia. This was created by glaciers that had melted and is surrounded by mountains and cliffs.

Little Moose Island
Little Moose Island is located off the southern coast of Schoodic Peninsula in Acadia National Park. It is one of the most unique and fragile places in the region because of its easy accessibility and the large number of nesting birds. It also has a special mix of plant life.
